Gertrude Thelma Veremu is an audiovisual sonic composer who started her career singing with notable dance artists. She has written songs for companies like xBOx, and her debut solo EP was named on John Peel's 2004 BBC2 coverage of Glastonbury Winner for the Jazz World. Thelma Rose has performed VR/ telematic performances at ARS Electronica with icons like Laurie Spiegel and featured on Chicks on Speeds 2021"Vaccinate me Baby".
Recently she featured as half of Avant Pop duo Digital Roses in Electronic Sound, after debuting her multimedia second Quasi Opera with Avant Garde Dance company.
